Through free, curriculum-aligned conservation lessons and hands-on projects, students from preschool to Year 12 learn to care for animals, people, and the planet — transforming knowledge into measurable impact. In addition to world-class learning resources every participating school will gain access to the “Dear World” national impact platform, and accreditation through the Jane Goodall Institute Australia.

Jane Goodall Institute Australia Accreditation
To recognise and inspire excellence in conservation education, student leadership, and community action, the Jane Goodall Institute Australia is introducing a three-tier accreditation framework celebrating schools that are creating positive change for people, animals, and the environment. Through this national framework, schools progress from Bronze to Silver to Gold, demonstrating growth across five pillars of impact — Leadership & Participation, Learning & Curriculum, Action & Impact, Community Partnerships, and Reflection & Storytelling. Each tier builds on the last, supporting schools to embed sustainability in their culture, empower student leadership, and connect local action to global goals. Accredited schools join a visible network of changemakers leading the way toward a more compassionate and sustainable future. |
