Emma Pollard

Emma, CEO of The Humour Foundation, has 15+ years leading for-purpose organisations. With senior roles at the Climate Council and Taronga, she brings expertise in strategy, governance, education, conservation, and organisational growth.

Hugh Wareham

Hugh Wareham is an environmental professional with 25+ years in nonprofits and government. Former CEO of ECO-Buy and Beyond Zero Emissions, he now leads Government Relations at Greening Australia, delivering large-scale conservation programs and policy partnerships nationwide.

Nick Boyle

Nick Boyle, with 20 years in wildlife conservation, is Divisional Director at Taronga Conservation Society Australia, overseeing welfare, science, and sustainability. He represents Australia in UN forums, advises governments on wildlife recovery, and serves on multiple conservation boards and committees.

Dan Smith

Dan Smith, General Manager of Strategy & Commercial at Versent, is an experienced executive in IT strategy and digital transformation. A Chartered Accountant, he is passionate about animals, nature, and conservation, committed to helping organisations deliver purposeful environmental impact.

Zane Pratt

Zane, a Saltwater Biripi man connected to Dharawal country, is a Senior Analyst at Indigenous Business Australia. With finance and business training, he focuses on renewable energy, sustainability, and driving positive impact for Indigenous communities nationwide.
